If you are a new client, please fill out the form below either online via the website or you may download a PDF, print it and email it to us. Along with this form, there are health requirements which are listed below. If you are a returning client, you can click the button "Book today" to send us an email requesting your dates. We will get back to you within 24 hours (but usually within the day). For an immediate response, call or text the hotel during normal business hours.
REQUEST FOR CAT HOTEL
The following form is to be filled out once you have decided to book a reservation. If you are interested but uncertain if it's a good fit, please visit the cat hotel section of the website, watch our video, email us or fill out our "Information Request Form" and/or call the hotel and speak to one of our caregivers.
- Reservation is not finalized until vet requirements are received/confirmed by Pounce.
- We need a copy of the following vet records for items listed #1 and #2 prior to check in to confirm reservation.
- Please scan/send email to us at this address (PouncePlayandStay@gmail.com) or text us at (503) 756-1273. Alternatively, your veterinarian's receptionist staff can email them directly to us.
- If you have a vet appointment in place, just reply and let us know when to expect the records and we'll follow up with your final confirmation email.
