If you are a returning client, you can click the button "Request Booking" to send us an email requesting your dates. We will get back to you within 24 hours (but usually within the day). For an immediate need, call or text the hotel during normal business hours.

  • Reservation is not finalized until vet requirements are received/confirmed by Pounce. 
  • We need a copy of the following vet records for items listed #1 and #2 prior to check in to confirm reservation.
  • Please scan/send email to us at this address (PouncePlayandStay@gmail.com) or text us at (503) 756-1273. Alternatively, your veterinarian's receptionist staff can email them directly to us.
  • If you have a vet appointment in place, just reply and let us know when to expect the records and we'll follow up with your final confirmation email.
